In the cover letter take the opportunity to highlight your relevant skills, strengths and motivation for applying and emphasize to us why you are the right candidate for the job. Be precise and prioritize your information as the covering letter should not exceed 1-1½ pages.

The first time you apply you need to create a candidate profile. You only need to do this once and it is a step that ensures that you have complete ownership over your data.
