Selecting the right candidates

Screening

Most of our vacancies do not have a specific application deadline as we screen and evaluate candidates on an ongoing basis. If there is a specific deadline, we will of course include the last incoming applications, but do send your application as soon as possible – we look forward to receiving it.

Once we have received your applications, the Talent Acquisition consultant will be the first to go through your CV and resume. If s/he finds that your profile is a good match, your application will be passed on to the hiring manager.

We screen and evaluate all applications before selecting the candidates we would like to progress to a personal interview. How we screen depends on the specific job, and will always be aligned to the candidate profile described in the advertisement.
