Ingredients

Rip mango cubes

Brown sugar
1 tbsp
Cornflower
1 cup
1 cup
Mangos paste
1 tbsp
Ice cubes (as needed)

Mangos pearls
Fresh mangos cubes

Instructions

  • Cut 1 ripe mango into cubes, reserving a few cubes for garnish. Place the remaining mango cubes and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in a blender and blend until smooth to make a mango pulp.
  • Set aside a portion of the mango pulp for serving. Mix the remaining pulp with 1/4 cup cornflower until a soft dough forms. Shape the dough into small balls or pearls.
  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the mango pearls and boil for 8–10 minutes. Once the pearls are cooked and float to the surface, remove them, rinse with cold water, and drain well.
  • In a mug, take 1 cup of water and add 2 tablespoons of DANO Delight Full Cream Milk Powder. Mix thoroughly until the milk powder is completely dissolved and smooth liquid milk is formed.
  • To assemble, add the reserved mango pulp to a serving glass, followed by ice cubes as desired. Add the cooked mango pearls and mango cubes, then pour the prepared DANO Delight milk over the top. Stir well with a spoon, and your chilled Sunny Mango Pearls is ready to enjoy!

For the most refreshing experience, refrigerate the cooked mango pearls for 10–15 minutes before assembling the drink.

After boiling, rinse the mango pearls with cold water to prevent overcooking and maintain their chewy texture.
